4 Life Areas with no Shortcut

The 4 life areas with no shortcuts are your career, relationships, health, and happiness. What this means is that your result and success you get out of these 4 life areas depends on your level of effort. The more effort you put in to learn and apply the right knowledge and skills to these 4 life areas, the more success you will receive. If you put in 50% of your effort, you will get 50% return. However, if you put in 100% effort, then you will get 100% return. Do not expect to get a 100% return if you only put in 50% effort. When you take shortcut, you will soon find out that you will have to start over. And then, you will spend more time than if you were to start out the correct way at the beginning. Furthermore, these 4 life areas will have the most impact on you. Therefore, you want to make sure they are well taken care of.

1. Career. You spend 80% of your life in your career to make a living, and that is a lot of your time and energy. You want to have a career that motivates and excites you to wake up every morning to start working and making a difference. You want to make sure you work toward a career that you are passionate about. If you are not in a passionate career, then it is important to create a plan on how you will get there. When you have a plan and take action to move forward to get closer to your passionate career, the better you will feel. You also want to take time to learn new knowledge and skills to grow your career. A successful career never stops growing. Everything in life is a living thing, which means it needs to grow to become successful. The more you learn new knowledge and skills to grow your career, the more you will grow as a human being. Whatever you think you need to learn to grow your career, put in the effort and time to learn and apply it.

2. Relationships. You are constantly forming a relationship no matter where you are at. For example, you have relationships with your family, friends, co-workers, roommates, spouse, and even with yourself. You want to make sure to put in the effort to build successful relationships with others. However, the relationships that have the most impact on you are the people you see daily or the most often. You want to make sure those relationships are strong. One skill you can learn to build successful relationships is communication. Others can better understand and support you when you can communicate your needs, desires, strengths, and weaknesses successfully to them. However, without positive communication, it would be difficult for you and others to understand and support one another, and a great relationship is about supporting each other.

3. Health: No matter how young or old you are, having good health is important for a successful lifestyle. It takes a lot of energy and strength to achieve your goals and overcome challenges. Make sure to learn new knowledge and skills to improve your nutrition, water, exercise, sleep, or other healthy habits to improve your health. The healthier you become, the easier it is for you to do things successfully. Improving your health is not about taking big steps once a while, but through small daily steps. For example, drink one more cup of water daily, eat one more serving of vegetable, get 10 more minutes of exercise daily. Once you are comfortable in those small daily steps, then you can increase the amount until you hit your ideal habits for your lifestyle and health.

4. Happiness: To experience happiness daily is to work on it daily like any other life area. If you learn and apply successful ways to experience happiness today, then you will experience happiness today. If you want to experience happiness tomorrow, then you must learn and apply happiness concept tomorrow. For example, if you need to eat daily to keep your body nourished, then you need to apply the concept of happiness daily. Happiness does not just come to you; you must work on it to experience it. It is important that you take some time to learn what happiness is. Many people have the misconception that they know what happiness is, without taking the time to learn about it. However, happiness is like any other area, you need to learn it to know it. As human beings, we are not born out with the knowledge. It is only when learn what happiness is then we will have a better understanding of it. The more time and effort you put in to learn and apply what happiness is the more you will experience it.
