1st way: You can apply the tips as they are laid out for you in the newsletter, day by day. 

2nd way: You can apply the tips in any order and on any day you like. Just make sure you apply all the tips by Sunday. So you will be ready for next week's video and tips. 

You will automatically receive 7 tips to get started on your personal development journey when you sign up, so you don't have to wait until Friday.

Community sharing: A community where you can share your daily growth with others who are on the same growth path as you.

By applying the personal development tips daily, you are building the habit of commitment. When you are consistent with your daily personal development, you are telling your brain that you won't give up. Once the brain understands that you won't give up, then it has no choice but to take action to grow yourself daily.

 

In the future, even if you are unmotivated, you will still take action. Or when you have a big goal with challenges, you won't give up because you have already built the habit of commitment.​ 

 

It is like brushing your teeth before going to bed. Even though there might be days when you are unmotivated to brush your teeth, you still do it because brushing your teeth has become a habit for you.
