The Wake-Up Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, developed in 2013, to educate and inspire personal transformation in youths and young adults between the ages of 16-24 to become social change agents into developing stronger communities, societies, and the world.
Personal transformation is a learning process, like anything else. It requires daily learning, discipline, and development, like learning how to become a good teacher, athlete, or communicator. The Wake-Up Foundation’s mission is to help youths and young adults to understand themselves, such as their strengths and talents, and to apply them successfully into the real world to transform into the best version of themselves they can be, and to reach their full potential.
The Wake-Up Foundation was featured on "LiveWire" a television programming, sponsored by Access Sacramento, where our Executive Director, Mykim Tran, shared our works on the importance of personal transformation. Click here to see the segment in the second half of the show.
The Wake-Up Foundation was selected for the 2016 and 2020 for the "Best of Citrus Heights Human Resource Award for Consulting Services" and 2020 "Best of Sacramento Human Resource Award for Consulting Services." For the 2020 press release from the city of Citrus Heights, click here.
